So there's a whole week of free time and I'm pretty much bumming around the house cause I just had my mild fever 4 days ago. I'm being a lazy ass kid watching tv and getting the condo a whole stock of groceries. Whole wheat bread. Eggs and yellow pads? Lol.

Part of why it cheered me up was cause of the amazing second fall
but most of it was cos of the telecasters laugh.

Spicy Tuna Recipe :)

Okay so I tried out this recipe. I took it from the internet but added alittle bit of my own flavor to it and it turned out good. I am a BIG fan of hot and spicy century tuna but since I couldn't find one today I did my own Crushed chili pepper to add a little bit of spice to it. It turned out pretty good, surprisingly.

If you guys want the recipe, here it goes :)
I'm listing it the way I did it so you can add your own flavor to your own tuna spaghetti of yours too if you want.

3/4 diced garlic
2 freshly diced tomatoes sizzled with salt
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
salt and pepper (preferably crushed chili pepper)
1 can century tuna
pasta
shrimp (fried on butter and salt)
1 can of vienna sausage (chicken broth for me)
2-3 tablespoon of ketchup
(you may put herbs for a fresher scented dish)

Slice your garlic to small size pieces and fry it on a clean pan using the oil from century tuna to give it a tuna taste :)
Then you drop the tuna slices with the shrimp and ur sliced sausages.
Add your salt and pepper acdg to your taste.
put your olive oil, ketchup and mix til it gets sticky. (takes about 10 mins)

Mix it with ur pasta and put on your herbs.
ENJOY!!

Safe Flight Home Papa

Well its official :)

Papa just left back and is off back home to Brunei..

I'm gonnna miss him for sure. His trip here made me realize the big significance he plays in my life. Of how I wouldn't be the person I am now if he wasn't a part of my life. It made me appreciate how much goodness he does for me. Of how caring he can be even when I never took notice of it when I was younger. He cooks as early as 6 am and makes sure there's food on the table before breakfast. And dinner at around 6pm. He may have imperfections but its what makes him him :)

After all the hard work and effort we put on our final project, Sir Pojie managed to give us an UNO=1.0 for the over all feel and look of our dining table set!! WOOOO! He mentioned about our elegant menu and that we prepared.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOME!!!
Gosh I am feeling so so so so old. Super happy that atleast papa can make it on my birthday. I know that mama and Joyce woulda made it if they could but it's all good cos I have family over to celebrate it with me. I am missing everyone and thanks to Mark, Karina, Ate Joyce, Mama,Tata, Love, Gayle, Kat, Angela and Angelica for gretting me a happy bday wish.
Anyways I am thoroughly satisfied with today although I did still have to prepare some last minute details for our final project tomorrow :) I will update you with pictures tomorrow :]

Feel like I am studying culinary with all them stuff theyre asking me to do. Anyways, for our finals in Elements of Design we gotta be able to fix and match and combine all sorts of materials from soft muslin to silk and fabrics that I am not too fimilar with. Also with the dishes that will be prepared.

We're all going for a formal-casual feel so it's not the typical grand wedding. Just a more simple and private enchelada for close family and friends. Things and materials we were able to come up with. Apparently I am incharge of the Appetizers and the main course. We will see what dish I come up with eh?

So yesterday was just another weekend where we chilled (not really). Was too pressured with 12 plates to finish all in all..

1 for elements
2 for mech draw, and another one optional
2 for color theory ( i had to effin repeat mine)

and 7 for freehand drawing



i needed food!!! so dont ask!!!:D

Stay-at-home spa

Get together with a pal for some pampering and a fresh glow. In a small bowl, mix up a moisturizing facial scrub of one-fourth cup brown sugar, plus one tablespoon each of sea salt, olive oil, honey and milk until it’s like a grainy paste. productivity

Being awesomely productive today :) woke up needing to get my Mechanical Drawing homeworks done as well as my Color Theory shizzness designation.


Ms. Santos did say use one hue from the color wheel, and use an achromatic color to blend in the hue, use another hue for accent. Hence, the outcome.

In my case, my hue is: GREEN

I did get it done, which means less work.

Tomorrow I do gotta get me some aluminum shield cos its required for my Elements and Principles of Design class. Also have to finish my homework their, not too happy about it but whatever.

Oh and last but not the least, my deadly Freehand Drawing homework which happens to be repeated patterns! this shizz is too crazy!!

Today has been an UHMAAZING DAY!!
I got a 30/25 on my exam
and and and I got 2 important phone calls which kept me talking up for updates..

Blessing: JM being a sweetheart and paying for my photocopy which costs about P20+ which was alot cos that could have been my train fair home.. :]

I managed to finish 2 plates today which was very productive and UNUSUAL. Clap yo!
1st is the 0.1 version on tracing paper..
2nd be with H Pencil from stadler on oslo paper :P
(honestly... each week there are more and more things to draw! GRRR!)

Besides that I was able to print out my homework and I'm excited about this week.

Weekend's been pretty amazing. Did some grocery shopping, sushi tasting shizz. There's a new sushi cafe a few blocks away from my apartment so thats EXCITING. LMAO. Obvious geek but i cannot resist the temptation. Oh my sister treated me out for a whole crepe and it was loverly!

Got off my ride scratching my lower hand and then it starts bleeding so I pour our alcohol to kill the bacteria. Then it turns out that I that I FIING DON'T HAVE classes! grr >.<>
It's not something I would chose for myself but no.

So after that I got me some tech pen 0.01 and then I went home scratching my leg due to stupidity.

Got home and mumy wasnt there, emailed papa.

Then I did some work [:


And then ate dinner of course!!

I'm too lazy but thank goodness my class be starting at 9am sharp
I have to travel all the way to the Forts before I get there

Baked pancakes for my aunt since she's coming over at breakfast, might just use the micro to heat it all up. Thank God for that! It's making Karen's life waaaay more convenient and easier yo.

So I got up to clean and brush up the apartment. Then I did the laundry which was not that much at all so it was fine. Ate breakfast which my sis made and the whole grain fitness cereal taste horrible!!! I am serious. Taste like stale white wine and having alcohol first thing in the morn aint no goodie!

Thank goodness we gots veggies for lunchage!!
