I've been looking at old pictures and I've noticed how the CSB life is waaaaay way way way way chiller than it is here in PSID. And guess what? I kinda miss it. Being around young people just around your age. Definitely a way different athmosphere than it is on my design school. Though the more costly, education is more fun.

Was also looking at some old pictures and I miss my long hair. hahaha random no?

My TV isnt working today... meaning, decrease of distraction. Oh wellers I managed to finish me Color Ren II homework. Well over here it aint completely finished yet. Piles are needed for the flooring since its Carpet. Blah too lazy to draw the piles because I know deep down the piles would be the spoiler to the whole picture.

Weekend's spent watching movies. Actually just chilling to make-up for the stressful sleepless nights I've been having lately. Meet The Robinsons isn't actually a new movie but I have to say, I saw it on Disney Channel's Original Movie yesterday. I was doing my plates and the movie started so my eyes were basically glued to both my plates and the TV.

Good animation and the movie gots its meaning.

Mark and I fooling around with Yahoo Messenger's Scribbler.
I was helpin him color.

Decorative Arts

It has been awhile since I've posted anything since the concert. Lol. Busy. Yep, the usual excuse. So hey.. here are some photographs of me work which I was doing for overly 18 hours. Yep. Who knew such a plate could be a handful. Its not as good since I only did it for a day.

A plate that cost me alot of sleep but I guess its worth it? I dunno yet. We haven't received our last grades. But yeah.. it took me 3 whole nights to finally feel the woozyness disappear. HA.

Don Quixote

Magical Grand Entrance

Grand Finale!! Amazing
Walking home with the tall buildings around Manila.

Got free VIP Tickets to see Liza Macuja- Elizalde's last ballet performance at the Aliw Theater today at 3pm. She is the 1st Filipina Ballerina to win a Laureate Prize - a silver medal from the Asia-Pacific Ballet Competition in Tokyo (1987), the 1st Filipina Ballerina to win the 1st major international award in ballet for the Philippines, the 1st Filipina Ballerina to join the Kirov Ballet in Russia (1984), the 1st Filipina Artist-in-residence at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (1986), also the Founder of Ballet Manila AND SHE GOES TO DE LA SALLE'S Parish every single sundayyy!! Which means I see her almost every weekend!

She is seriously a generous person. Really privileged and thankful for all the greatness she's done. She is a delightful and friendly person :) Ohhh, did I mention she's an amazing ballerina?!!? Well she is!!! Dances like a graceful light feather. Gosh.. it was a jaw dropping performance.

PS: All camera's and video corders were not allowed inside. But I just HAD to show it up and decided to take the risk. Bahah!

Kids kids kids

First Attempt: Its all smuged all over. Why? I forgot to paste the tape properly, due to excitement. :)

Second attempt: Excitement builds up as I notice I am doing it right this time!

Wohoo!!!! I made it! hahaha :D

School. I was all psyched up to use me markers and yesterday we were given that opportunity. hahah. I was hella curious how you could use the graded wash technique using markers. Its something I always wanted to use because markers have really thick end points meaning the more strokes you give the more faster you get done with your masterpiece.

Little did I know that all these graded washness techniques could be done with just the simple needs of:
1) The markers of your choice
2) Unused cotton buds
3) Isoprophyl Alcohol (70% solution)

mhm.. First attempt may be a mess( New markers, new user)... but after a few practice you will get the hang of it

Besides school, I've been looking at youtube for more videos to post and I have a question for yaaa...Don't children make you smile? :) They make me smile... ALOT! hahah. NOOO, They make me laugh alot. :)

Look closely at 0.52, looks like he's about to rap and I think it took the win for the whole video.

PS: He ate the last cookie. But hey we all gotta admit, this kid is good! ;)

This little girl right here is a true diva :) She reminds me of a friend! :D

kure colored markers

Just bought my first set of ZIGKure-Colored Markers. Shooters cost 4 friggin K!
Finishes my allowance for the month, eh? :|

I cannot sleep.
Too much on my head.

Do I let you go?
Maybe.

I'm unsure.

Unsure of too many things
I'm afraid to do something,
act upon it.

I fear.

What happens?
What happens afterwards?
What consequences do I face?
Which part do I fix?

Can I?

Am I capable of putting it back

to what we... used to be?

Which way is she turning in the image above?

If you see this lady turning clockwise you are using your right brain. If you see her turning anti-clockwise, you are using your left brain. Some people can see her turning both ways, but most people see her only one way.

See if you can make her go one way and then the other by shifting the brain’s current.

If you can switch between seeing her turn either way at will without shifting your gaze, your IQ is above 160 … which is almost at genius level!

This was devised at Yale University for a 5 year study on the human brain and its functions.

Only 14% of the US population can see her move both ways. via: leveragingideas

its confirmed. i am a genius. i can make her turn both ways at will if i focus on her foot and shadow. via: nudawn

So can I, as well as if I shift my train of thought.

When I move my head from side to my side I can shift the way she’s turning, without taking my eyes off the same spot.

Hope y'all had a good weekend! ( :

idle

Feeling completely idle
And useless
Your stuck in this place
Because
you're afraid
To go out
and get hurt
by what's out there
You have
no choice
but to
bare
with yourself
and what runs in your head.

Been useless all week,
Gave me time to procastinate and just enjoy
the little things in life.
Self realizations
and Improvements to make.

proud of my country

Its been four days since the hurricane Ondoy struck Manila(and the other parts of the Philippines), everyone is helping each other out and its nice to see unity formulating in the country. Never really saw anything like it and the fact that everyone still smiles and looks forward to a better day is just heart-warming. Never though the Filipinos could be such optimists at such circumstances even with all the shocking happenings going on. Hopefully, the country will be back to its normal state soon. Classes have been suspended to help everyone back at their own feet. People have been volunteering at shelters to help out those who've lost their homes and needs food and clothing.

I've been idle all week since our school gave us a week's term break and now we're given another extension to that weeks vacation due to the calamity. I've been basically staying at home and catchin up on some sleep. Being unproductively idle. Procrastinating and cleaning the house. Spending the time home with MB is completely relaxing. Watching movies and talking to the phone is the best. Well, got Chinese food for dinner and made spaghettoes for brunchies!

Hope everyone is fine.

Lots of loverness!
:]

We are on our last week in PSID for our third term. Worried about my MM2 grades so fellars please please pleassse pray for me graders! Projects are flooding in. Not to mention more more more PLATES! Grr! Got to work on Ergo's final project for the term this afternoon. Spent the whole day drafting and figuring out where the furniture was to be placed.

Sleepless nights are finally coming to an end one by one. But there is still the last quiz for MM2 to perfect, Color rendering finals and also furniture styles final exam and chair design :/ This is all too much for my little head to handle. Been trying to catch up on sleep as much as I can. The weather is surely not helping much with my productivity pace! Neither is it helping with my laundry drying because my clothes have been wet for 3 days! NOT PROGRESSIVE! UH OH! I am seriously running outta clothes to wear, so what do you doooo? WEAR YOUR PJs TO SCHOOL!

OC

Lately there has been a great deal of lackage on sleep. I cannot say all the nights have been productive. To be honest, I've been slacking more than ever. Finishing plates the day before submission if not later. And I cannot blame anyone for my actions. More plates coming in and a new project/ presentation due in two weeks. I am not too excited about the fact that AutoCad is involved in our courses next term. Another new place to hit but hey if im surviving classes in PSID, then this will not be too much of a difference.

Been cleaning the house since its been a mess. Sister doesnt have mucho timeness on her hands since its her finals up til tomorrow so its up to me to keep the place in one piece. Honestly, I just had one of the longest naps in history of my nap times. Made it to a record of 7 hours. hahahaha see how plates keep me up?!?! Ugh!

So today I wont really be talking mucho about me. I'll give you guys an update of my friend's little friend Baby Abdiel. Its been a while since I've posted him up but thats because I havent been seeing him in a while. Got a couple of updates and here it goes.

This kid is amazingly adorable and extremely smart. No joke!
