My version of Inspired
"Intense chemistry. It's something so rare, some people
never find it in their lifetime.
It's that feeling of strong physical attraction.
That passing of a look between two people,
and knowing what's in the other's mind.

It's the coming together of two people,
who disregarded the time
and place for it's inevitable
for them to be together.

It's that connection that binds them.
That strong tug that
pulls them together and makes them
want to stay and fall in love. "

Good morning everyone,/ our recipe for today is /Tuna Salad with Feta Cheese.// It’s very simple to put together/ especially if you’re a working mother/ or you don’t have much time in your hands.// Not only is it tasty but healthy as well.//

· Measuring Spoon//

· Apron//

· Can Opener//

Preparation://

1. First,/ drain the kidney beans using a strainer.//

2. Next,/ dice the onion and cucumber.//

3. Wash the iceberg lettuce/ and pat dry using a kitchen towel.//

4. Then,/ cut the end bits of the lettuce/ because it’s tough.//

5. Cut the lettuce into bite sized pieces;/ (because you don't want to choke on the lettuce).//

6. Drizzle the lettuce with olive oil/ and then toss to evenly distribute the olive oil.// Mix it well using a salad fork.//

7. Add salt and pepper for taste.// Then/ toss it again/ using a salad fork and spoon.//

8. Add the tuna into the bowl.//

9. It's now time to add the onion,/ cherry tomatoes,/ and the cucumber into the bowl// (You don't necessarily have to use cherry tomatoes/ you can use just ordinary red tomatoes/ if cherry tomatoes don’t fit your budget).//

10. Add the olives.// Olives are also quite expensive,/ but it really brings out the taste.// Mix it all again.//

11. Finally,/ add the feta cheese into the bowl.//

12. Now in just under 10 minutes,/ you can have yourself a tuna salad.//

The tuna salad serves 2 to 3 people.//

Thank you.// And we hope you try this simple tuna salad recipe.//

Above is the recipe for our ORALCOM recitation/ presentation. Not only are we going to read it out loud, but Gayle (my partner) and I will be demonstrating [yes, in front of the class] how to actually make it like those students in Hotel, Restaurant Institute and Management. Only problem is we're not really trained to do so. Y'know like chop a WHOLE cucumber in less that 5 seconds or produce flames on pans without actually burning the food. So I'm hoping that all goes well for tomorrow. Went grocery shopping with sister and it was fun if it weren't for the woman who slipped infront of me while I was pushing the cart and her left foot sorta hit the metal-ish thingy of my cart. Kinda got stared at for it- it was an accident. If she didn't steal my line, her foot wouldn't have been caught stuck on my cart. Still I'm really sorry it had to happen.

And yes, I finally got around to watch 'Jumper' the movie. Honestly, it wasn't as good as I expected, I mean it wasn't that bad but it didn't awe me either. I dunno, maybe it's cos my friends kept telling me to watch it cos it's a 'MUST SEE'. So you get your hopes all high up the sky and then when you're actually there you think, where's the x-factor? where's the adrenaline? But then again, maybe it's just me. :)

Picture below is the sight that I have at the moment looking from my condo window.
one of the building look kinda golden, don't it?
