these great deeds

hey all..

i dont really have that much to say, just one of those days when i just feel like blogging. anyways, what's up with my life as some of you who actually read my blog may ask... let's see, two nights ago i was talking to my family through the internet and after that endless chat i headed home satisfied while it was drops of water came drizzling from the sky, and then i passed by the security gaurd whom was on duty in the ground floor of the condo. he was looking haggardly exhausted and was leaning on the table.. he told me that he couldn't believe that it was once raining again and that it was going to be a long night.

and as i waited for the elivator to deliver me back to my floor, something in the back of my mind told me that i should start helping those who are less fortunate and so, without even thinking of my actions, i grabbed the saucers and pans and started cooking food and steamed rice. While the food were still steaming up, I grabbed the last can of mango juice from the fridge, tore up sachets of nescafe coffee and two cornic flavoured chips and put them on a plastic bag. Not long after, everything was well-cooked and heated up so i seperated the steamed rice from the main ''ulam''. and then i put a piece of apple and carefully sealed the plastic bag... grabbed the keys. entered the elivator and pressed the ground button.

when i reached ground floor our mister security gaurd was nowhere in sight and i thought that i might have missed him. and then i heard something rustle around the reception desk and when i came to check where the sound was coming from.. it was him.. so i handed it to him and he seemed shocked yet grateful. He thanked me after he composed himself and as i waited for the elivator to arrive back and come fetch me up.. this guy who seemed oddly fimiliar came up and waited for the elivator as well. he smiled and so i grinned back.

today, i found out that the guy comes to the same uni that i go to cos i saw him yesterday.. we exchanged grins once again. :p oh yeah, another is that my cousin gave me a visit in my unit along with her boyfriend. apparently she had an interview in the city as she was applying as a make-up artist in one of the most famous hair salon worldwide so yeah. we were planning to meet up at lunch and i was struggling whether to cook them lunch or to just dine out. when i checked my wallet, i didnt have much so if we were to dine out i would have to withdraw in the bank again... a task which i really didnt have time for because i hd another class at 2.30pm that day so i just cooked some simple dishes and then steamed rice... and then it struck me that i have changed so much over the past year.. i have somehow learned to cook (something that i didnt think i could do) and i have somehow became this independent person i'd never thought i could be.

and all these is cos of GOD and my family. for some reason, today... i just feel so complete!

:)
cheers everyone. have a nice weekend.
