Graduation Day

Christmas is just around the corner. Every nooks of every street seem to have its own decorative lantern or lights to liven up the paths of Manila. A couple of days ago, my friend Angelica got confined in the hospital. My dad, Angela and I decided to come for a short visit to see how she was doing. It was in St. Luke's Medical Center in Quezon City so it wasn't the usual 15 minute drive to the hospital. The building was old and it had a classical feel to the main lobby.
GRADUATION DAY!!!
Yep! I've finally made it past college. I am unbelievably happy that I got to celebrate it with my parents. Although a bit sad that my two siblings weren't around to celebrate it with me. It was good nonetheless. I didn't trip or fall on stage. Thank you God for making all these things possible. Every single blessing that you've given me and my family.

When my mom got sick, I immediately though she wouldn't be strong enough to make it past my graduation. During construction period of my exhibit, I cried so much thinking I was going to loose my mom for it. But miracles do happen. And the impossible is possible. So God, THANK YOU! Gosh these words wouldn't even ever be enough to express the gratitude I really feel <3

Couple of pictures tooken before the commencement ceremony.. in RCBC Plaza, Makati.
My mom working her thang on the phone.
After graduation, we made our way to Presidents Restaurant in MOA to grab dinner. It was a pretty good day over all.

Graduation shots to follow once my friends and photographers send me copies of them shots.

Blessings

So much has happened since I have last posted here. As much as I want to keep updating it regularly, time limits me. My excuses are lame I know. Thank you to everyone who's been constantly visiting for short updates.

Ohmegee I am cross-eyed!
Was trying out my eye-shadows.

So to start off, my dad and sister came over for a couple of days to allow my sister to take up her entrance exams in De La Salle University- Manila. The same university, my sister Tata goes to. I was able to spend some quality time with her before she took up the exams. She is much more taller than me now. Envy her slim figure to be honest with you c: Was also able to bring her to out school's exhibit and she was able to explore around and meet the people I have surrounded myself with for the past 2 years that I have been going to PSID.

She's so purdyyy!

Parents were able to feed us food we don't normally get to eat when its just me and my sister here. Haha. budgetting your allowance was one thing we learned when we moved to the Philippines a couple of years ago, yenno?

Here a re a couple of shots that I took during my sister's stay.

Think everything is over? Wrong-o.

I have received so much blessings lately too.
And I only have one person to thank that for.
God.
He has been so good to me and my family. And so to that I am thankful.

Thankful that my mom's cancer cells has decreased since her last check up.
Thankful that he's made my exhibit happen in time.
Thankful that I had my family over to witness it with me.
Thankful that He has helped me change, for the good (I think!)
Thankful that throughout the tough times, He was always there.
Thankful that He's been giving me projects for my career.
Thankful for my friends who's been there throughout the rough patches.
But most of all, thankful for giving me the life that I have right now.

A friend has asked me to work on his patio for him. Who was I to say no to that C:

Kids kids kids

First Attempt: Its all smuged all over. Why? I forgot to paste the tape properly, due to excitement. :)

Second attempt: Excitement builds up as I notice I am doing it right this time!

Wohoo!!!! I made it! hahaha :D

School. I was all psyched up to use me markers and yesterday we were given that opportunity. hahah. I was hella curious how you could use the graded wash technique using markers. Its something I always wanted to use because markers have really thick end points meaning the more strokes you give the more faster you get done with your masterpiece.

Little did I know that all these graded washness techniques could be done with just the simple needs of:
1) The markers of your choice
2) Unused cotton buds
3) Isoprophyl Alcohol (70% solution)

mhm.. First attempt may be a mess( New markers, new user)... but after a few practice you will get the hang of it

Besides school, I've been looking at youtube for more videos to post and I have a question for yaaa...Don't children make you smile? :) They make me smile... ALOT! hahah. NOOO, They make me laugh alot. :)

Look closely at 0.52, looks like he's about to rap and I think it took the win for the whole video.

PS: He ate the last cookie. But hey we all gotta admit, this kid is good! ;)

This little girl right here is a true diva :) She reminds me of a friend! :D

love

love is a bite with a result more vicious than rabies. it leaves you senseless, on the ground, with your tongue out.. growling.

Two days without class, shouldn't I be happy? My mind sets off in an unknown place, I dread to reach. I need something that will help me avoid that. For now, it's the carelessly given plates by the academic human sample. But what if that runs out? Would I prolong this unjustly behavior that keeps attempting to steal me away from reality?

Hahaha lets see if you guys can get that. It was made to confuse for a reason :]

May be the only thing that cheered me up all day. God my life is depressing atm.
